WILSON — The Dragons put one in the “win” column with a 66-41 thumping of the Natoma Tigers in Wilson. Several of the young Dragon team members showed a lot of promise on both sides of the ball including Jordyn Steinike, Jonathan Steinike and Marc Wood.

ELLSWORTH — The Bearcats routed the Buffaloes of Republic County with a 49-19 shellacking at Ellsworth. Zach Martin made a lot of hard yards for the ‘Cats in the game and on the defensive side of the ball Ty Nienke, Marshal Barkow and Lucas Barta all had great plays in the game.

ST. JOHN — The Tigers of St. John handed the Oilers of Central Plains a goose egg while rolling up 35 unanswered points in a Central Prairie League contest in St. John.
