Members of the Ellsworth-Kanopolis-Geneseo School Board didn't take action on another bond issue to improve district buildings; however, they laid the groundwork for research into the issue.
Upon the recommendation of Superintendent Eric Reid, board members scheduled two meetings - one Jan. 14 and the other Jan. 23 - to discuss specific projects and cost estimates with architect HTK Architects of Topeka.
