Central Plains installs wind turbine

 A wind turbine will soon be able to provide Central Plains High School in Claflin with teachable moments.
“Supposedly, one out of every 16 jobs is going to be in the green industry,” said USD 112 superintendent Steve Woolf. “In particular, with energy, we want our kids to be thinking and learning that way.”
