Claflin resident Jim Vance enjoys driving the car he built - a Lamborghini sports car with a 1987 Pontiac Fiero chassis.

"It's only got 140 horsepower, but it will still go more than twice as fast as the cops want me to go - and don't ask me how I know that," Vance said.
