Golden wedding anniversary for Allards

Dan and Tonie Allard of Farmersville, Texas, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary today (Thursday), Jan. 19.
They were married Jan. 19, 1962, at the Ferris Avenue Baptist Church in Waxahachie, Texas. The Allards will celebrate with their son, Adam Allard, and his wife Sharon, and their children Andrew, Jessica, and Sarah, daughters April Allard, and Alesha Rogers and her husband, David, and their children Allyson, Gennie, David, Sam, Jacob, and Olivia.
The couple is also taking a month-long trip to Alaska and the northwest United States this summer to celebrate their 50th. It is something they have always wanted to do
