Bill and Sharon Herrington

Bill and Sharon (Harper) Herrington, Wichita, will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a reception from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Central Community Church Atrium, 6100 W. Maple St., Wichita, The celebration is hosted by their children and grandchildren.
The couple was married at the First Presbyterian Church in Ellsworth Nov. 11, 1961.
Bill worked for the Kanopolis State Bank and its successor, First Bank Kansas for 50 years. Sharon was a homemaker.
The couple has two children, Ty Herrington (Lori), Wichita, and Tiffany Ray (Ben), Derby. Their six grandchildren are Hannah, Abigail and Elizabeth Herrington, all of Wichita; and Hayley, Josiah and Isaac Ray, all of Derby.
