Bearcats win 2A state golf championship

 The Ellsworth Bearcat golf team won the 2A State Golf Tournament today in Seneca.
    “It was a pretty exciting day,” said coach Kevin Haxton. “The kids played well. We won it by four strokes.”
    Mark Cunningham II placed second in the individual tournament and Matthew Keener placed 11th. Garret Bland placed 14th to propel the Bearcats to the championship.
