ELLSWORTH --- The Lady ‘Cats beat arch-rivals Scared Heart 42-35 in a game that went into overtime in Ellsworth.
It was a good game of basketball on both sides of the ball.
The Bearcats had a good first half, but the Knights pulled away in the third quarter to get a 60-42 win.
VICTORIA — It was a bad day to be a Lady Knight, as the third-ranked 1A Division II Lady Dragons of Wilson vanquished the Lady Knights of Victoria 57-46 in Victoria.
But it was a good day to be a Knight, as the Dragons dropped another close game, losing Victoria by a score of 69-59.
KSHAA will be posting brackets Wednesday afternoon for the sub-state tournaments.
