MANHATTAN --- Central Plains fans saw the Lady Oilers  unleash a fierce passing and defensive attack that overwhelmed an impressive Meade girls’ basketball team 60-45, Friday at Kansas State University‘s Bramlage Coliseum, in Manhattan.

In the second round game of the State tournament, Kylee Kasselman came off the bench with several great defensive plays that assisted the Lady O’s taking the momentum of the game in the third quarter, stunning the talented Lady Buffaloes.

The Lady Oilers forced a lot of turnovers and deflected a lot of passes in the win.

It was a fast-paced game of basketball.

The Lady Oilers, undefeated with a record of 25-0 will play the other unbeaten team in the tournament, Winchester-Jefferson County North (25-0) at 4 p.m. Saturday in Manhattan.
