Holyrood settles on revitalization plan

Holyrood vice-mayor Ron Etchison assumed the orange 1980s vintage mayoral chair for the Jan. 16 meeting of Holyrood City Council.
The council moved quickly to approve plan B of the proposed Ellsworth County Neighborhood Revitalization program, adopting what has been called the Kanopolis Plan.
