Disaster response concerns council

The possibility of disaster, such as the recent tornado that destroyed much of the small town of Harveyville south of Topeka, was on the mind of Holyrood mayor Ken Schepmann at the Monday meeting of the Holyrood City Council.

"I’ve brought this up before, I know that there is an emergency plan in place but I don’t know what it is," said Schepmann.
