Neither threatening skies or oppressive heat dampened the Jubilee as the city’s residents celebrated the 125th anniversary of the founding of Holyrood.
“We served about 300 people ice cream at the ice cream social,” said Rob Koch, president of H&B Communications that sponsored Thursday night’s social. “We moved it inside because we were afraid that we were going to get wet, but that didn’t happen.”
