ROAD IN SHERMAN TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF HEARING ON REQUEST
TO VACATE ROAD IN SHERMAN TOWNSHIP,
ELLSWORTH COUNTY

TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby put on notice that the Board of County Commissioners of Ellsworth County, Kansas, will, on the 31st day of December, 2012, herein decide upon the request of the Sherman Township Board that the following described road located in Sherman Township, Kansas, be vacated pursuant to K.S.A. 68-102a, et. seq.
The road is described as follows:
That portion of 17th Road, running north from Old Highway 14 along the Section 10 – 11 section line and the Section 3 – 2 section line, all in Township 14 South and Range 8 West (i.e. Sherman Township), In Ellsworth County, Kansas.
You are further notified that the time of this Hearing on December 31, 2012 will be at 10:00 a.m. and the place of the hearing is the Commissioners Room in the Ellsworth County Courthouse, 210 N. Kansas, Ellsworth, Kansas.
