GODING INTER VIVOS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED OCTOBER 18, 1999; REBEL KLINE; WILSON STATE BANK; STATE OF KANSAS, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY – INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE;  and the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, creditors and assigns of such of the Defendants as may be deceased; the unknown spouses of the Defendants; the unknown officers, successors, trustees, creditors and assigns of such Defendants as are existing, dissolved or dormant corporations; the unknown guardians and trustees of such of the Defendants as are minors or are in anywise under legal disability, and all other persons who are or may be concerned,

PUBLIC NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Notice is hereby given that under, and by virtue of, an Order of Sale issued to me by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas in the above-entitled action, I will, on the 18th day of January, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on said date, on the courthouse steps, Ellsworth County Courthouse, 210 North Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas, offer at public sale, and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, all of the following described real estate, in individual parcels and not in the entirety, to wit:

Tract 1
The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE/4 NW/4) and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W/2 NW/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.M. in Ellsworth County, Kansas, as set forth in deed dated March 5, 1993.   Less a fraction of the Northwest Quarter (Fr. NW/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Sixteen (16), Range Eight (8), described as follows:

Beginning at the North Quarter corner of Section 12, 16S, 8W, thence West along the North line of said section, two hundred eight and seventy-one hundredths feet (208.71’), more or less, to a point; thence South parallel with the East line of said section four hundred seventeen and forty-two hundredths feet (417.41’) more or less, to a point; thence east parallel with the north line of said section to a point four hundred seventeen and forty-two hundredths feet (417.42’) South of the north quarter corner; thence north on the east line of the Northwest Quarter to the point of beginning, being the north quarter corner thereof.

AND also less a fraction of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twelve (12) in Township Sixteen (16) South, Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.M., in Ellsworth County, Kansas, more particularly described as follows:  Beginning at the North Quarter corner of Section 12, Township 16 South, Range 8 West; thence West along the North line of said Section 12, a distance of Two Hundred Eight and seventy-one hundredths feet (208.71’) for a place of beginning; thence continuing West along the North line of said Section 12, sixty-two and sixty-six hundredths feet (62.66’) to a point; then South parallel with the East line of said Section 12, four hundredths feet (417.42’), more or less, to a point; thence East parallel with the north line of said Section 12, for a distance of sixty-two and sixty-six hundredths feet (62.66’) to a point four hundred and seventeen and forty-two hundredths feet (417.42’) South of the North line of said Section 12; thence North to the point of beginning.

The above Tract 1 is also described, and is one and the same as:

Beginning at the North Quarter corner of Section 12, Township 16 South, Range 8 West; thence West along the North line of said Section 12, a distance of Two Hundred Eight and Seventy-one Hundredths feet (208.71’) for a place of beginning; thence continuing West along the North line of said Section 12, Sixty-two and Sixty-six Hundredths feet (62.66’) to a point; thence South parallel with the East line of said Section 12, Four Hundred Seventeen and Forty-two Hundredths feet (417.42’), more or less, to a point; thence East parallel with the North line of said Section 12, for a distance of Sixty-two and Sixty-six Hundredths feet (62.66’) to a point, Four Hundred Seventeen and Forty-two Hundredths feet (417.42’) South of the North line of said Section 12; thence North to the Point of Beginning.

Tract 2
A fraction of the Southeast Quarter (fr SE/4) and the Southeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE/4 NE/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fourteen (14), Range Eight (8) West of the 6th P.M., lying South of Hwy 156 and West of Hwy 111, being approximately one hundred and sixty-eight (168) acres, more or less;

The above Tract 2 is also described, and is one and the same as:
The Southeast Quarter (SE/4) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE/4 NE/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range eight (8) West of the 6th P.M., lying South of Hwy 156 and West of Hwy 111, in Ellsworth County, Kansas;

The above-described real estate is taken as the property of Defendant Christina K. Kline f/k/a Christina K. Goding, Trustee of the Christina K. Goding Inter Vivos Revocable Trust dated October 18, 1999, and is directed by said Order of Sale to be sold, and will be sold without appraisement, to satisfy said Order of Sale, subject, however, to a three (3) month redemption period.
