City of Wilson resolution for city utilities

RESOLUTION NO. 2-2013

A RESOLUTION REQUIRING ALL RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES WITHIN CITY BOUNDARIES
PAY CITY UTILITIES.

WHEREAS, the local municipal government has a responsibility to provide for efficient and reliable water, wastewater, and refuse services,
And WHEREAS, all residential structures (occupied or unoccupied) will be charged at least the minimum monthly water and wastewater fees,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Resolution 2-2013 has been passed and approved this 22nd day of January, 2013.
