Notice of Public Hearing for Vacating a Street Within the Boundaries of the City of Ellsworth

Wherefore, an application has been filed with the City of Ellsworth requesting the vacation of a street located within the City of Ellsworth.  Said street more specifically described as follows:
    Fairbanks Street between 11th Street
    and 12th Street
A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD TO CONSIDER THIS REQUEST OF A VACATION OF A STREET LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF ELLSWORTH.  SAID HEARING SHALL BE HELD ON THE 25TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2013 AT 5:20 P.M. IN THE CITY HALL OF ELLSWORTH, KANSAS.
