To All Persons Who May Be Concerned:
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas,  I will offer for sale at public auction on March 11, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at the District Court of Ellsworth County, 210 N. Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas  67439, and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following-described real estate:

    The Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section
    One (1) Township Fifteen (15) South Range
    Eight (8) West of the 6th P.M., in Ellsworth
    County, Kansas, except and subject to:
    Easements, rights of way, reservations
    and easements of record, if any.

Said real estate is taken as the property of Robert R. Panzer, Connie M. Panzer, and Connie M. Panzer as Trustee for Stella Riemann Revocable Trust shall be sold subject to a three (3) month redemption period in favor Robert R. Panzer, Connie M. Panzer, and Connie M. Panzer as Trustee for Stella Riemann Revocable Trust.
