Sandra “Gayle” Schultz (1937-2020)

Sandra “Gayle” Schultz, 82, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020, in Ellsworth. She was born Sept. 18, 1937 in Ellsworth to Clinton and Bernice (Seymour) Paull.

Gayle was a longtime resident of California where she was a secretary in the ABC School District. She married Lloyd Dale Schultz Sept. 1, 1955 in Bellflower, Calif. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Ellsworth and the church’s Lutheran Women’s Missionary League as well as the Comfort Dog Committee.

Gayle is survived by her daughters, Cindy D’Alessandro (Bob) of Laguna Hills, Calif. and Tammy Stefek (Doug) of Ellsworth; granddaughters, Kathy Cooper (Roger), Courtney Evans (Kevin), and Christen D’Alessandro; great-granddaughters, KC, Emily, and Jayden; brother, Loren Paull of Ellsworth; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd; and brothers, Richard and Don Paull.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Ellsworth Volunteer Fire Department or the Immanuel Lutheran Church Comfort Dog Program, in case of Parsons Funeral Home, Box 45, Ellsworth, Kan. 67439.
