You are notified that a Petition has been filed in District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas, by Craig M. Mog and Debbie A. Mog, Trustees of the Craig M. Mog Living Trust dated October 23, 2015 and the Debbie A. Mog Living Trust dated October 23, 2015, seeking an order Partitioning and Quieting Title in and to the following described tracts of land in Ellsworth County, Kansas (“Tracts”):
West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W/2
NW/4) and the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (NE/4 NW/4) of Section
Five (5), Township Sixteen (16) South, Range
Ten (10) West of the 6th p.m. (“Tract #1”)

Petitioner has filed a motion requesting that this proceeding be exempted by District Court Order from Kansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 2021-PR-009, continuing 2020-PR-058, and if granted, all deadlines and time requirements shall apply and shall be enforceable.
