NOTICE OF SALE

By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas,  I will offer for sale at public auction on October 8, 2019, at 10:00 A.M., at the District Court of Ellsworth County, 210 N. Kansas Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas, and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, the following real estate:
    The South Eighteen feet (S 18') of Lot Two (2)
    and the North Forty feet (N 40') of Lot Three
    (3), Block Four (4), Seavers Addition to the City
    of Ellsworth, Ellsworth County, Kansas (property
    address: 1212 N. Grand Avenue, Ellsworth, Kansas).
Said real estate is taken as the property of Jason Paul Tromble and Kendra L. Stone and shall be sold subject to a three (3) month redemption period in favor of Jason Paul Tromble and Kendra L. Stone.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid, plus interest and expenses.  The purchaser shall have no further recourse against the mortgagor, the mortgagee, or the mortgagee's attorneys.
