You are notified that Glenn M. Stegman, Conservator of the above entitled Conservatorship will offer for sale at public auction the following described real estate situated in Ellsworth County, Kansas:
               A tract in the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of
    Section Twenty-one (21), Township Fourteen
    (14) South, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
    Ellsworth County, Kansas.

    South, Range Nine (9) West, Beginning at the
    NW corner of Sec 21-T.14S-R.9W; thence South
    on the N.-S. Sec. Line for a distance of
    twelve hundred forty-nine (1249.00) ft; thence
    on a bearing of N 89°56'00"E., for a distance of
    three hundred sixty-eight & ninety
    hundredths (368.90’) ft; thence on a bearing
    of S 02°08'20"E for a distance of one hundred
    ninety-seven & forty-four hundredths (197.44’)
    ft; thence on a bearing of S 89°33'00"E, for a
    distance of four hundred twenty-six &

    Subject to reservation granting a perpetual right
    of way and road easement 40 feet wide East
    and West and 20 feet wide North and
    South, more particularly described as follows:
    Commencing at the Northwest corner of said
    quarter section; thence South on said quarter
    section line 1,209 feet for a point of beginning;
     thence East at right angles a distance of 388.90 feet;
     thence Southerly a distance of 237.44 feet thence
    West 20 feet; thence Northerly 197.44 feet; thence
    West 368.90 feet; thence North 40 feet to the point
    of beginning.

              Contains approximately 60.07 acres mol of
    cropland; approximately 10.57 acres mol of
    native grass, pond and road right-of-way.

on September 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the sale to be held at the VFW, 1006 W. 12th, Ellsworth, Ellsworth County, Kansas, to the highest bidder with ten percent (10%) down on day of sale. The balance due and payable in certified funds upon closing, on or before October 25, 2015. All parties interested should take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
