The Smoky Hill EAA Chapter No. 1127 hosts its annual Cowtown Fly-in at the Ellsworth Municipal Airport. A free fly-in pancake breakfast will be served for all pilots and passengers at 7 a.m. Local people who also want to eat airport pancakes in a hangar setting may do so by making a donation. Anywhere from 30-50 airplanes are expected to be on the field
