Ellsworth Elementary School stages an 8:15 a.m. costume parade down Douglas Avenue. From 5-7 p.m. the Ellsworth Police Department conducts a Trunk or Treat event at the Ellsworth City Hall gym and Mosaic conducts a Trunk or Treat event inside Mosaic, 124 W. Third Street.
