The Ellsworth Kiwanis Club joins local first responders in conducting the Third Annual Ellsworth Halloween Trunk or Treat from 4-6 p.m. at the Mosaic Parking Lot in downtown Ellsworth. The Kiwanis will provide sacks of candy and hot dogs.
