Houston to retire in September

Superintendent of the Ellsworth County Road and Bridge Department Dale Houston had some surprising news for the Ellsworth County commissioners Monday. He plans to retire in September.Houston said he plans to have road and bridge department employee Bret Dunlap take over his duties when he retires.
