Spachek receives academic recognition from Gov. Kelly

Jonathan Spachek of Ellsworth High School has been recognized by Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly as a 2021 Kansas Governor’s Scholar. Typically, students receiving this recognition are invited to an awards program in Topeka. But due to continuing public health precautions, the 2021 Governor’s Scholars are being recognized via an on-demand virtual program, http://www.kshsaa.org/Public/Videos/GovernorScholarsVirtual Program.mp4. Students also will receive a letter from Gov. Kelly and a certificate.
