• ADVANCE VOTING — Residents can vote in advance until noon, Nov. 4, at the office of Ellsworth County clerk and election officer Shelly Vopat at the courthouse.

• ELECTION — Nov. 5.

• DID YOU KNOW — Kansas has a constitutional question on the ballot. See Page B8 for a copy of the question, which involves the Census and how students and military personnel are counted.

• EXTENDED HOURS — The Ellsworth County Clerk’s office will be open until 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, and from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 2, for advance voting.
