The youth group of First Baptist Church in Wilson have had a busy and blessed summer! In June, they helped with the Ellsworth County Cancer Walk, the Red Cross Blood Drive, and put on a Teen Crusade in Spearsville, La.

In July they went to a Bible camp in Ottawa, Kan. and also hosted the 11th annual Teen Crusade in Wilson. Many young people made decisions to have a closer walk with the Lord.

As summer comes to a close, they will host another blood drive as well as the 11th annual Kids Krusade (for children 4 years through 6th grade).

Youth director, Jonathan Lawrence, has worked hard to keep the teens busy serving the Lord and studying God’s Word to help keep their lives on track for Christ.
