Andrew C. Coulter, 35, of Flint, Mich. passed away at his home Saturday, March 30, 2019.

Andy was born May 15, 1983 in Pontiac, Mich., the son of Michael and Rebecca Coulter (Bowie). He was employed at Meier for the past six years. He was a 2002 graduate of Ellsworth High School.

Andy was hard working, compassionate, charismatic. He lived to make people smile and was always there to listen and lend a helping hand, crack a joke, or offer a shoulder to lean on. Described by many as a great guy and loyal friend, Andy was a huge fan of wrestling and the Detroit Red Wings.

Survivers include his father, Michael Coulter of Grand Blanc, Mich.; mother, Rebecca Bowie and stepfather Jim Bowie of Kanopolis, Kan.; sister, Sara Ballard, Ellsworth; nephew, Morgan Kelley and niece, Madison Kelley both of Ellsworth; step-sisters, Stacey Peek of Flint, Mich., and Kelly (Fred) Meyers of Flushing, Mich.; Godparents, Tom and Debbie Bosquez of Kanopolis; several nieces, nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins, and a large extended family of friends.

He was preceded in death by his infant sister, stepmother, Ladonna Coulter, grandparents, Raymond and Felecia Bosquez, grandfather, Howard Bowie, and great-grandmother, Mabel Turlure.

Memorial service is at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 1 at St. Ignatius Church in Kanopolis.
