Cowtown Days, or the lack thereof, has become a hot topic. We are encouraged by city council’s encouragement of discussion of retaining Rhythm and Reels, while keeping the option for residents to embrace Cowtown Days in a different iteration.

Ellsworth’s cowtown heritage is classic, and there are deep ties within our community. We support exploration of new outlets for Cowtown, as well as further expanding our town’s heritage.

Let’s keep our focus on growing and improving, rather than slinging anything as part of the discussion. Karen Bonar Publisher
