As the city administrator of our beloved community, I find great inspiration in the words of Abraham Maslow: “One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.” These powerful words resonate deeply within me as I navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Throughout my tenure as city administrator, my fundamental belief has always been that progress and growth are essential for the betterment of our city and its residents. It is easy to fall into the trap of complacency, but it is in those moments of fear and uncertainty that true leaders emerge.

The path to growth is rarely smooth or without obstacles. It demands courage, determination and the ability to overcome fears that may hold us back. However, it is precisely in these moments that we have the chance to rise above our limitations and make transformative changes that will shape the future of our city.

I am committed to fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration and resilience. Our city has a rich tapestry of diverse talents and perspectives, and it is by harnessing the collective power of our community that we can overcome any obstacle and achieve remarkable growth.

While change can be daunting, I firmly believe that it is essential for our city’s progress. I have seen firsthand the incredible results that emerge when we push past our comfort zones and embrace new possibilities. It is during these critical moments that I call upon every resident to summon their strength and confront these challenges head-on. By embracing growth and overcoming our fears, we can create a future that surpasses our wildest dreams.

These initiatives will require your active participation, support and collaboration.
