Letter to the Editor,

We are one of the many who have suffered from COVID-19.

My reason for this Letter to the Editor is to reenforce how much our community has to be grateful for. I spent about 2 1/2 weeks in our hospital. I never ceased to be amazed at the efficiency I saw — not only from the staff, but from those who did the ore menial jobs. Much of the time you could have eaten off the floors.

More than that, we can’t say enough about this wonderful community.

Before we were released, wooden hand rails magically appeared so we could get into our home.

Ellsworth, you are more than a town. You are a family. We moved here over 42 years ago. We have never ceased to be amazed at the friendliness, hospitality and generosity of this community.

Ellsworth, we love you!
