An apology for the tone

Dear Editor, This note is to apologize for the rudeness of my 12/12/2019 letter as submitted. I probably should have presented only the second paragraph to make my point. To my mind local government is the most challenging and difficult of public service because it is the actual delivery level. I respect Mayor Kennedy and appreciate his efforts and contributions.
