COMES NOW the plaintiff, the Board of County Commissioners of Ellsworth County, Kansas, and respectfully moves the Court for an order to distribute overages of monies from the October 15, 2019 tax sale.
There are certain overages from the October 15, 2019 tax sale as shown below:

Plaintiff requests the Court consider claims for overages and issue such orders as the Court deems appropriate.
