TITLE TO REAL ESTATE INVOLVED                                    
NOTICE OF HEARING 

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are notified that on the 7th day of November, 2019, a Petition to Admit Foreign Will to Probate and Record was filed in this Court by Jolene Kay Caldwell, heir, devisee and legatee of Randy Ray Hanneman, deceased, praying that the foreign Last Will and Testament of the decedent, dated July 15, 1993, be admitted to probate and record in this Court; no administration of the Estate is necessary; the Will be construed, and the following real estate owned by the decedent, situated in Ellsworth County, Kansas:
    Lots One (1) through Sixty-five (65) in the 
    Canren Addition, in the City of Ellsworth, 
    EXCEPT Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen 
    (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), 
    Eighteen (18), Twenty-two (22) and Seven (7),  
    Ellsworth County, Kansas;
be assigned in accordance with the terms of the Will.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before the 5th day of December, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the District Court of Ellsworth County, Kansas, sitting at Independence, at which time and place the cause will be heard.  Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
