The J.H. Robbins Memorial Library is having a cookie exchange. Bring two dozen cookies and recipe to the library between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The cookies will be swapped with other cookies and can be picked up between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 19.
