Hospital board makes pick for seat

Sandy Robinson of Wilson was approved April 28 as a candidate for the Ellsworth County Medical Center board at a brief virtual special meeting of directors. President Kenny Beneda plans to leave the board at the end of June.

Andrew Bair, ECMC chief executive officer, will submit Robinson’s name as a candidate to the Ellsworth County commissioners Monday for consideration.
