County Liners 4-H
The County Liners 4-H club met Feb. 17 at the Geneseo United Methodist Church. Maggie Bohl called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Colton Habiger and Britta Goss led the Pledge of Allegiance and the 4-H Pledge. Lilly Hurley and Madelyn Harrison led the club in singing” The Ants go Marching”.
Roll call was answered with” there’s nothing better than ...” by 27 members and one leader. The minutes were approved as read.
Officer reports were given, there were no committee reports. There were also no bills to pay. Ben Pflughoeft shared how to play notes on his baritone. Melanie Harrison had a fun hand clap game for recreation. Refreshments were enjoyed by the members after the meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. March 16 at the Geneseo United Methodist Church.

Dorrance PYW FCE
Members of the Dorrance PYW FCE met Feb. 18 at the home of Mary Lee Bohnen. Members attending were Mary Lee Bohnen, Rita Habbart, Betty Jo Lloyd, Donna Fay Major, Anita Patton, and Lori Reeves.
Minutes were read and approved. Treasurer’s report was given and accepted.
Donations to several causes were discussed and approved during the business portion of the meeting.
Donna Fay gave the lesson, “Do you know your sleep A - to - Zzzzzis?” The lesson provided information on how much sleep you need, how to achieve better sleep, types of sleep disorders, and how sleep disorders are diagnosed. Donna Fay also served refreshments.
The next meeting will be March 2 at the home of Mary Lee. Anita will and give the lesson, “ACWW: We Fund” and will also bring the refreshments.
