In total, seven CSB&T employees were promoted. At the Ellsworth location the following individuals were promoted to assistant vice president: Dawn Olson, Stephanie Rathbun, and Mark Kennedy.

Brownback continued, “We are proud to have Dawn, Stephanie and Mark as part of our management team and appreciate their contributions and commitment to Citizens State Bank & Trust Co.”

Rathbun is a graduate of Leadership Ellsworth County, the School of Banking Fundamentals and Kansas State University.

Brownback concluded by saying, “All of our newly promoted employees will have additional leadership roles in our bank and will continue to contribute to the success of CSB&T.”
