E-mail addresses needed

The Ellsworth County Independent-Reporter is asking subscribers to provide e-mail addresses to the I-R.

“During the Covid-19 situation where we all are having to operate and think differently, the I-R is looking at options should the unthinkable happen and the post office has to temporarily suspend mail service,” I-R business manager Juanita Kepka said.

The I-R is available as an on-line edition in addition to the mailed paper and is included with your paid mailed subscription. If we should have to a seek temporary solution to delivering the paper, we will need your e-mail address to send the paper out.

“We sincerely hope mail service is not suspended at any time but we need to be prepared with alternative ways to get your newspaper to you if it does,” Kepka said.

If you already receive the on-line edition, we have your e-mail address. Otherwise, please send your email address to subscriber@indyrepnews.com and include the subscriber name so we may update our records. If you are interested in receiving the on-line edition in addition to the mailed copy, please also indicate that in your email.

Even though the I-R is closed to the public, you can reach us by phoning (785) 472-5085, by mail at 304 N. Douglas Ave., by email at indy@eaglecom.net, or by dropping a note or payment in the drop box directly north to our front door.
