A 27 year-old Kansas man remains in custody at the Ellsworth County Jail after being arrested by the Kansas Highway Patrol Dec. 13 after a high speed chase that started on Interstate 70.
Authorities are still trying to determine where the individual is from in Kansas. While he was arrested on a variety of violations, including felony fleeing and alluding, the man has yet to be officially charged by the Ellsworth County attorney.
