Roehrman receives probation in theft case
Stephanie Roehrman of Salina, former director of the Ellsworth Childcare and Learning Center, was sentenced Nov. 7 in Ellsworth County District Court to the standard 12 month period of supervised probation for one count of felony theft. She was convicted Sept. 5 after pleading no contest to a theft which occurred Sept. 1, 2018 at the learning center.
According to documentation provided by Ellsworth County District Court Clerk Peggy Svaty, Roehrman received no prison time. However, she must pay $31,554.38 in restitution to the learning center in addition to a $193 docket fee, a $200 DNA database fee, and a $45 booking fee for a total of $32,112.38.
