The Lady Bearcats traveled to Beloit Friday, Feb. 7, bringing home a loss for the evening, 31-52, despite a strong offense and defense.

Jaide Talbott was the top scorer for the Lady ‘Cats putting 12 points on the board. Talbott also played a tough defense, rebounding five Trojan balls. During her 27 minutes of play time Talbott had four fouls and one assist.

Lakyn Tenbrink was the second high scorer for the night with 10 points. During Tenbrink’s 17 minutes of play time she had one steal, one assist, and four fouls.

Makenzie Stroede played well both offensively and defensively. Stroede played for 18 minutes and scored four points. also had sive During her Stroede two rebounds She was for three

Natalie Rolfs put her share of points on the score board tallying up three more points. Rolfs also grabbed two defensive rebounds for the Lady ‘Cats. During her 21 minutes on the court she managed one foul and one steal.

Lizzy Hipp tallied up one point for her team. Hipp played for two minutes of the game and got an offen-Stroede four offenrebounds. play time received defensive and a steal. whistled fouls. sive rebound and assist.

Savannah Hellebust put 12 minutes on the court scoring 1 point. Helping her team with an offensive rebound and an assist, Hellebust played defensively getting 2 more rebounds and 1 foul.

Maggie Windholz, Nicole Haase, and Brenna Pruitt also put time in on the court. Despite not putting any points on the board these girls helped both the offense and the defense. Haase and Windholz got four offensive rebounds helping the Lady ‘Cats keep the ball in their possession. The girls also had five assists collectively. Despite having four fouls between the three, Pruitt got a steal. Haase rebounded the ball on the Trojan side, gaining possession for her team three times. Windholz and Pruitt joined her with one defensive rebound a piece.
