Wilson’s Lady Dragons have a new volleyball coach this season. Audi Hanzlick was the head coach at the junior high school before she moved to varsity. She follows Cindy Heinze. Her assistant is Mary Kratky.

Returning players are juniors Kami Thrasher and Bryna Hill and sophomore Macy Hanzlick.

“We have six freshmen coming in with three returning starters,” Hanzlick said. “Challenges we will face will be something we will have to overcome. Through this rebuilding year, we plan on being aggressive and steadfast in reaching our goals as a team.”

The Lady Dragons opened their season Aug. 30, played Tuesday at Sylvan Grove and today (Thursday) at Natoma.
