Cheryl A. Warner, 56, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020, in Great Bend, Kan. She was born Jan. 6, 1964 in Ellinwood, Kan. to Kenneth and Mary (Haley) Barta.

Velma Hubbard, 91, beloved Mother, was called to her eternal resting place Sept. 27, 2020. She entered this world June 28, 1929 in Ellsworth, Kan., born to Adolph F. Schultz and Augusta Bohl. She is survived by her sons Glen Hubbard and wife, Sandy of Hobbs, N.M.

Merle G. Herring, 90, passed away Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020, in Moundridge, Kan. He was born March 15, 1930 in Osage County, Okla. to Hezekiah “Hez” J. Herring and Thelma “Erma” (Hutchison) Herring. Merle was a longtime resident of Lucas, Kan. He served his country in the United States Army.

William “Bill” Walter Weber passed away peacefully Sept. 14, 2020 in Ellsworth, Kan. He was born Dec. 5, 1928, in Springfield, Mo., to Walter “Buck” Weber and Lois Gannaway Weber. The memorial service is at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Holyrood, Kan.

Wayne Fredrick Siemsen, 62, passed away March 30, 2020 in Godley, Texas. He was born Sept. 27, 1957 to Helmer and Verona (Peterman) Siemsen. Graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at Ellsworth Memorial Cemetery.

Gary Allen Richardson of Belleville, Kan., formerly of Hebron and the son of Harley and Dorothy (Shackelford) Richardson was born Oct. 6, 1940 in Hebron, Neb. He departed this life at his home in Belleville, Kan. at the age of 79 years.

Dean Ray Panzer, 89, was called home by his heavenly Father on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020, in Lincoln, Kan. He was born Oct. 14, 1930, in Lincoln County to Herman and May (Bohling) Panzer.

Dr. Kenneth M. Krauter, 80, of Ellsworth, Kan., died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020. He was born May 28, 1940, in Hutchinson, Kan., the son of Howard and Minnie Krauter (Nixon). After high school, Kenneth served his country in Korea as a peace keeper.

Joe Ray Erwin, loving husband, son and brother passed from this life unexpectedly Sept 7, 2020 at the age of 21, while at his residence in Milford, Kan. Born Oct. 25, 1998 in Idabel, Okla. Joe is survived by his wife Briana Erwin of Ellsworth, Kan.

Benjamin “Ben” William Deiser, 62, passed away Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020, in Hays, Kan. He was born Dec. 24, 1957 in Hays to William “Bill” Raymond Deiser, Jr. and Ruby Darlene (Ummel) Deiser. Ben was a longtime resident of Ellsworth, Kan. where he worked primarily in manufacturing.
