County hires Thomas as full-time emergency management director

Afamiliar face is returning as director of Ellsworth County Emergency Management.At Monday’s meeting of the Ellsworth County Commission, Commissioner Shawn Thomas announced that Keith Haberer will begin Sept. 2 as the full-time director of that department.
