County commission approves sales tax question

In June 2023, almost all of Ellsworth County was considered to be in “extreme drought” or “exceptional drought” by the U.S. Drought Monitor. Now, the county — and almost all of the state — do not have drought indications.

Errebo charged with second-degree murder

Moon joins Ellsworth City Council

At Monday’s meeting of the Ellsworth City Council, Dan Moon was appointed by Mayor Dan Finnegan to fill the remaining term of council member Don Panzer, who recently tendered his resignation.Moon’s appointment was then approved by the council. His term expires the second Monday of January, 2028.

ECMC works on multiple projects
