Charles Albert “Charlie” Ramsey of Salina, Kan., passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at a truck stop in Wellsville, Kan., at the age of 60. He was born in Ellsworth, Kan., the son of Dwayne and Sylvia (Choitz) Ramsey. Charlie was a man of many interests and talents. Throughout his life he worked as a truck driver, fire sprinkler installer, installer of doors on handicap-accessible buses and in a mobile home factory, along with many other occupations.

He was preceded in death by his father. Charles is survived by his mother Sylvia, Yukon; daughter Jennifer Acker, Bel Aire; and granddaughter Kendyl Acker, Bel Aire.

There will be no services.
