Kansas employers are invited to registration for the second annual Give Back Kansas Challenge, now through March 30, and encourage their employees to participate in community volunteering during the eight week competition that runs April 6 through May 31.

Commissioners review road maintenance agreement

During Monday’s meeting of the Ellsworth County commissioners, Paul J. Kasper, county attorney, briefly reviewed a proposed road maintenance agreement with Enel North America for work planned at the Smoky Hills Wind Farm. Enel plans to install new generators and blades in the wind turbines.
