Brooke Wallace, the former Miss Rodeo Kansas, was crowned Miss Rodeo USA Sunday, Jan. 19, prior to the International Pro Rodeo Association Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma City. She is from New Cambria. Wallace swept the categories, winning each one: photogenic, test, horsemanship, speech and personality.
